ROLE PURPOSE
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be the senior finance executive responsible for providing strategic financial leadership, oversight and stewardship across UKMC, while also supporting the wider Unibridge Group and its colleges and institutions.

Job Purpose
The Health & Safety Coordinator is responsible for supporting the operational delivery and continuous development of health, safety, environmental, and fire safety compliance activities across UK Management College campuses.
The postholder supports the implementation, monitoring, and maintenance of compliance systems, assurance processes, and safety programmes that enable the College to meet its statutory obligations and maintain safe, compliant, and effective learning and working environments. The role contributes to the development of operational systems and processes that support health, safety, environmental, and fire safety compliance across multiple locations.
The Health & Safety Coordinator plays a key role in conducting inspections, workplace monitoring exercises, compliance assessments, routine audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations. The role provides accurate information, analysis, and reports to support decision-making, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Working under the direction of the Health & Safety Advisor, the postholder collaborates with managers, academic departments, professional services teams, contractors, and external stakeholders to identify risks, monitor compliance performance, support assurance activities, and promote a positive culture of health, safety, environmental responsibility, and regulatory compliance across all campuses.

In this role, you will build and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, and community partners to promote UKMC’s higher education pathways. Key Responsibilities
·Develop and manage partnerships with schools, sixth forms, and further education colleges

The Role
