The Board of Directors has overall decision-making powers regarding UKMC's corporate and academic governance, management and business. It conducts itself in accordance with accepted standards of behaviour in higher education, embracing integrity, objectivity, accountability, openness, honesty and leadership. They are responsible for overseeing the direction of UKMC, through the delivery of the Strategic Plan and an effective planning process, and for ensuring that UKMC's performance is independently assessed against the objectives which the Board of Directors has approved, ensuring its long-term sustainability.

View ProfileThe UK Management College Executive Board is responsible for matters associated with the College's development and management. The UKMC Executive Board is the senior executive management team led by the Chief Executive Officer. It is a decision-making body responsible for all aspects of the College's strategic direction and implementation. It acts as a representative voice for all staff and the student community and is primarily responsible for developing and delivering the UKMC Strategy (and its sub-strategies) and for the effective daily management and oversight of UKMC.
