Paper Submission Guide

This guide outlines the steps required to submit your work to A2:BETH 2026 via the Microsoft Conference Management Toolkit (CMT). Please follow each step carefully to ensure your submission is successfully received.

Step 1: Create a Microsoft CMT Account

If you do not already have a CMT account, you will need to register before submitting.

  1. Go to the submission portal link above.
  2. Click "Register" at the bottom of the login page.
  3. Enter your full name, institutional email address, and a password.
  4. Verify your email by clicking the confirmation link sent to your inbox.

Note: If you already have a CMT account from a previous conference, simply log in with your existing credentials.

Step 2: Log In and Access the Submission Form

  1. Return to the submission portal link above and log in with your CMT credentials.
  2. You will be taken directly to the A2:BETH 2026 submission form.

Step 3: Enter Your Paper Details

Complete all required fields in the submission form:

  • Title: the full title of your paper
  • Abstract: a concise summary (typically 300 words)

Step 4: Add Authors

  1. Enter the full name, email address, and institutional affiliation of all co-authors.
  2. Designate the corresponding author who will receive all communications about the submission.

Step 5: Upload Your Manuscript

  1. Click "Upload File" and select your paper. Manuscripts must be submitted in word format.
  2. Ensure your manuscript follows the A2:BETH 2026 formatting guidelines (page limit, font, referencing style. See the conference website for the official template).
  3. If the conference requires anonymised review, remove all author-identifying information from the document before uploading.
  4. Upload Turnitin Report with similarity index less than 10%

Step 6: Review and Submit

  1. Review all entered information carefully, title, abstract, authors, and uploaded file.
  2. Click "Submit" to finalise your submission.
  3. You will receive an automated confirmation email with your submission ID. Keep this for your records.
