Roohi Naz

Roohi Naz is Assistant Director of Registry at UK Management College, where she provides strategic leadership across Registry and academic administration. Since joining UKMC in 2018, she has progressed through a range of operational and leadership roles, developing extensive experience across academic services, student administration and higher education operations.

Roohi oversees key areas of the student academic journey, including student records, enrolment and registration, attendance and engagement, progression, timetabling, assessment administration and the effective implementation of academic policies and procedures. She works closely with senior leadership, academic teams, professional services and university partners to ensure Registry operations are robust, compliant and responsive to institutional and student needs.

A key focus of Roohi’s role is strengthening systems, processes and governance across Registry services. She supports the development of consistent practices across UKMC’s campuses and partnerships, using data and operational insight to identify risks, improve service delivery and support informed decision-making.

Roohi is also committed to ensuring that strong academic administration translates into a positive student experience. She works closely with Student Support and Student Success teams to strengthen engagement, early intervention and progression, helping ensure students receive clear, timely and coordinated support throughout their studies.

Her academic background includes two bachelor’s degrees, three master’s degrees, a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) and Fellowship of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA). This combination of academic and professional experience informs a leadership approach centred on integrity, collaboration, continuous improvement and high standards of service.

Through her role, Roohi contributes to UKMC’s wider strategic development, strengthening Registry operations, academic governance and the systems that underpin student success and institutional excellence.
