Mobina Majeed is Assistant Director of Admissions at UK Management College, bringing over eight years of higher education experience and a deep understanding of the relationship between admissions, student recruitment, and student success. Having been part of the UKMC team for many years, she combines detailed knowledge of the College with a strong strategic perspective on how effective admissions can shape the student journey from the very first point of contact.

Mobina provides strategic leadership across the admissions function, working closely with Marketing, Business Development, academic and professional services teams to ensure a well-coordinated journey from enquiry and application through to enrolment. She focuses on building admissions processes that are clear, efficient and student-centred, while supporting UKMC’s wider recruitment and growth objectives.

A key strength of Mobina’s role is her close collaboration with UKMC’s awarding university partners. She works across admissions and Registry teams to strengthen processes, promote consistency and maintain high standards of practice across the student journey. Her approach combines operational insight with strong stakeholder relationships, enabling her to identify opportunities for improvement and translate them into effective practice.

Mobina is particularly passionate about widening participation and creating an admissions experience in which prospective students feel informed, respected and supported. She believes that admissions is not simply an administrative process, but the first expression of an institution’s relationship with its students.
