Major G M Sajjad, BA, MBA, MSc, psc, G (Retired)

Major G M Sajjad (Retd) is a seasoned executive and former military officer with more than 18 years of distinguished leadership experience in the Bangladesh Army. Throughout his military career, he commanded multiple units and led high-impact operational teams, including service in the Central African Republic under the United Nations. A graduate of the Defence Services Command and Staff College (DSCSC) and Bangladesh University of Professionals (BUP), he brings deep expertise in operations management, intelligence, strategic planning, and organisational leadership.

In his current role as Chief Operating Officer at UK Management College, Major Sajjad oversees the institution’s operational ecosystem, including infrastructure development, regulatory compliance, academic administration, and international partnerships. He has successfully led the management of multiple campuses, executed large-scale institutional projects, and strengthened global collaborations to support sustainable expansion. His strategic initiatives have significantly enhanced organisational performance, student services, and long-term institutional resilience.

Academically accomplished, Major Sajjad holds an MBA and an MSc in Social Science and is currently pursuing the CMI Level 8 Diploma in Strategic Leadership to deepen his executive competencies. Known for combining military discipline with corporate strategic insight, he remains committed to operational excellence, ethical governance, and driving UK Management College toward continued national and international growth.
