With a rich experience spanning over 15 years, Mr. Islam has dedicated his career to transforming lives through education. His journey began at East London Academy, where he served as a Business Development Manager, followed by a pivotal role as Marketing Director at Westminster Central College.

In May 2016, alongside his wife Abida Islam, he established UK Management College, initially known as the UKMC Tuition Centre. Under his visionary leadership and exceptional management skills, UKMC has emerged as one of the top training and education providers in the Northwest area of the UK. His commitment to creating employment opportunities and educating both youth and middle-aged individuals is nothing short of inspiring.

Mr. Islam's impact extends far beyond conventional education. He has a profound ability to connect with those who face challenges in their academic journeys; individuals who have, for various reasons, dropped out of regular studies. Through UKMC, he has created an inclusive environment that encourages these individuals to return to education and build fulfilling careers.

In addition to his educational enterprise, Mr. Islam is deeply committed to social and community services. Mr. Islam holds an impressive academic background, including a BA (Hon’s) in Philosophy from the University of Dhaka, Bangladesh, a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Development in the UK, and an MBA from Anglia Ruskin University, UK. His educational qualifications are matched only by his passion for empowering the next generation.
