Professor Wilson Ozuem

Professor Wilson Ozuem is an internationally recognised scholar in digital marketing and innovation management. His research centres on emerging computer-mediated marketing environments, consumer–brand engagement, and the evolving role of artificial intelligence in service recovery strategies. He has published widely in leading academic journals, including the European Journal of Marketing, Journal of Business Research, Journal of Advertising Research, among others. Professor Ozuem has held academic and supervisory positions at several UK institutions, including the University of Warwick, University of Birmingham, University of Gloucestershire, and Anglia Ruskin University. He has supervised over 50 doctoral candidates in areas such as social media marketing, online brand communities, and digital transformation within the fashion and luxury sectors. He is a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing. Professor Ozuem holds a BA from the University of Portsmouth,  MA from the University of West London,  MBA from London Metropolitan University,  MEd from the Open University,  PhD from Anglia Ruskin University, and a Postgraduate Degree in Educational Research from the University of Cambridge.
