Professor Erica Joslyn

Professor Erica Joslyn has over 20 years senior management experience in higher education. As Professor of Education, she is the former Dean of the School of Psychology and Education at the University of Suffolk, UK. She is a Principal Fellow of the HEA and has been a council member of the British Educational Research Association (BERA). Her latest publication, Baraldi, Joslyn & Farini (eds) (2022) ‘Promoting Children’s Rights in European Schools: Intercultural Dialogue and Facilitative Pedagogy’, published by Bloomsbury Academic is the culmination of European funded research in partnership with Italian and German colleagues.

Professor Joslyn is strongly committed to high quality education for all and at UKMC is devoted to the ideals of inclusive participation and diverse learning opportunities. She champions the importance of constructing learning through effective platforms and environments and promotes the transformation of participants’ knowledge and life trajectories through access to high quality education.
