Dr Paul Lewis Reynolds

Dr. Paul L. Reynolds has an extensive career spanning both academic and professional realms, with experience in both large and small organizations across public and private sectors. As a director of a consultancy practice, he provides expert advice on marketing, sales, and sales forecasting. In addition, Dr. Reynolds is a distinguished academic, recognized for his research and leadership at the intersection of marketing and entrepreneurship.

He has conducted numerous highly acclaimed workshops on business and personal development across the UK, Europe, Russia, and the Middle East. Dr. Reynolds currently teaches a wide range of subjects, including Marketing (BA and Foundation Degree), Marketing Management (MBA and MBAe), Leadership and Professional Development (DBA), Strategic Thinking and Value Management (DBA), and Entrepreneurship (BA). He supervises students at various levels, from BA to Ph.D., in institutions such as the LSC Group of Colleges and Globe Student Services (GSS) in London. Under his guidance, several Ph.D. students have completed their doctorates and launched successful academic careers.

In addition to his teaching roles, Dr. Reynolds serves as a Visiting Professor and Senior Research Fellow at Omsk State University in Russia and the University of Roszkowski in Poland. His research has been published widely, with over 100 journal articles and conference papers to his name. Dr. Reynolds’ early work focused on marketing communications and sales management, while his later research explored the marketing-entrepreneurial interface, the subject of his Ph.D.
Before entering academia, he spent a decade in sales and marketing roles at firms including British Gas PLC and British Petroleum (BP). He is the co-author of eight textbooks and a frequent speaker at global conferences, contributing to the development of future leaders and entrepreneurs in marketing and management.
