UKMC Welcomed Foundation Year Students to Business Management and Digital Marketing Induction Days

16th, 17th and 18th September 2026

UK Management College was delighted to welcome its new Foundation Year students in Business Management and Digital Marketing during induction days held across our Derby, Salford, Newcastle and Sunderland campuses recently.

The inductions marked an exciting beginning for students starting their higher education journey at UKMC, giving them the opportunity to familiarise themselves with their campuses, meet their academic teams and connect with fellow students from diverse backgrounds.

Throughout the induction, students were introduced to their programmes, learning environments and what they can expect during their Foundation Year. The sessions also provided an overview of the academic, wellbeing and student support available at UKMC, helping students feel prepared and confident as they begin this new chapter.

The atmosphere across the campuses was welcoming and engaging, with students taking the opportunity to ask questions, meet their peers and begin building connections within the UKMC community.

For many students, the Foundation Year represents an important first step towards progressing into their chosen degree programme. Whether pursuing an interest in business management or digital marketing, students will develop essential academic, professional and practical skills while building the confidence needed for their future studies.
