The Independent Governing Body has overall decision-making powers regarding UKMC's corporate and academic governance, management and business. It conducts itself in accordance with accepted standards of behaviour in higher education, embracing integrity, objectivity, accountability, openness, honesty and leadership. They are responsible for control over the direction of UKMC, through the delivery of the Strategic Plan and an effective planning process; and that the performance of UKMC is independently assessed against the objectives which the Independent Governing Body has approved, ensuring its long-term sustainability.

The UK Management College Executive Board is responsible for matters associated with the College's development and management. The UKMC Executive Board is the senior executive management team led by the Chief Executive Officer. It is a decision-making body responsible for all aspects of the College's strategic direction and implementation. It acts as a representative voice of all staff and our student community and is primarily responsible for developing and delivering the UKMC Strategy (and its sub-strategies) and for the effective daily management and oversight of UKMC.

The UKMC Advisory Group is made of well respected professionals in their field and with a strong network to be able to advise the UKMC Executive Board and the CEO for topical and strategic issues in a complete independent and unbiased approach. Their advice and recommendations are sought for understanding specific education and research market trends in UK and worldwide to support our expansion.
