Trained first-aid staff for emergencies
Restroom facilities for students feeling unwell an emergency, the team arrange ambulance support immediately
Mental Health First Aid for immediate help
Emotional support, counselling (available weekly or fortnightly)
Referral to external mental health services for more severe cases
One-to-one academic adjustments for physical or learning challenges (e.g., distance learning, support for dyslexia)
Temporary Learning Agreement (TLA) or Learning Support Plan (LSP) for students with additional needs.

The Wellbeing Service at UK Management College organizes a variety of activities designed to enhance students' mental health, foster community, and promote overall wellbeing. These include Mental Health Weeks, workshops on self-care, relaxation and meditation sessions, as well as cultural and sports events through the SPICE initiative.
These activities encourage a sense of belonging, reduce stress, and equip students with tools for emotional resilience, creating a positive and supportive campus environment.
