Students can talk confidentially with a Wellbeing Advisor about stress, personal concerns, emotional health, or academic pressures.
Conduct confidential conversations to understand individual student needs after they complete a wellbeing request form and develop recommendations or next steps to support the student effectively.
The team assists students with their DSA applications so they can receive additional learning support where eligible.
The department runs online workshops and skill-building sessions to promote positive mental health and inclusion.
Students can get involved in leadership, peer support, and creative activities that promote connection, and self-care. The ambassadors are trained to help out their fellow students.

The Wellbeing Service at UK Management College organizes a variety of activities designed to enhance students' mental health, foster community, and promote overall wellbeing. These include Mental Health Weeks, workshops on self-care, relaxation and meditation sessions, as well as cultural and sports events through the SPICE initiative.
These activities encourage a sense of belonging, reduce stress, and equip students with tools for emotional resilience, creating a positive and supportive campus environment.
