Roohi Naz

Roohi joined UK Management College in 2018 and currently serves as Head of Academic Services, leading the college’s central academic operations and Student Support Teams (SSTs). With an educational portfolio that spans two bachelor’s degrees (BA and BEd) and three master’s degrees (MA in English, MA in Education, MBA), plus a PgCE and FHEA accreditation, Roohi brings both academic breadth and professional expertise to the role.

In her leadership capacity, she steers functions including enrolment management, assessment scheduling, progression monitoring, timetabling, academic administration, and policy implementation. Roohi delivers efficient, student-centred services that enable academic success and institutional alignment. She guides and develops Student Success Tutors, ensuring pro-active outreach, responsive support and effective transitions for learners at all stages. Roohi’s operational oversight ensures that systems are robust, responsive and aligned with UKMC’s strategic goals. Her leadership is defined by precision, empathy and a genuine commitment to empowering students and teams alike.
