Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Remote Student Recruitment Officer to support our direct student recruitment efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging their prospective students and guiding them through the admissions process — all from a remote working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote UKMC’s programmes to prospective students across the UK (Manchester, Derby, Newcastle and Sunderland)
• Conduct virtual consultations, webinars, and Q&A sessions to advise students on course options and application procedures.
• Use digital tools (CRM, email marketing, social media) to manage outreach and maintain relationships with leads.
• Collaborate with Business Development teams to develop targeted recruitment strategies.
• Follow up with inquiries and applicants to ensure timely conversion and a smooth admissions experience.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach and recruitment activities and provide regular reports to management.
• Build and manage partnerships with education agents, schools, and online platforms.
• Stay up to date with trends in higher education, particularly in the management/business field.

Requirements

• Experience in local student recruitment, preferable but not mandatory.
• Strong digital communication skills, including experience with Zoom, Teams, and CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Ebs, Mymac)
• Self-motivated, able to work independently, and comfortable managing remote workflows.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Understanding of the UK higher education system
